Riot makes its Californian premiere

Riot screened at the legendary Castro Theatre as part of the world’s longest-running and largest showcase of queer cinema.

Now in its 42nd year, Frameline Film Festival featured 52% women filmmakers and cutting-edge stories from 39 countries.

Riot producer Louise Smith together with 78ers Gabrielle Antolovich and John Hughes were in attendance at the packed screening in San Francisco.
